Data Sharing Considerations

Data sharing is the bedrock of good cyber security practices. From incident handling, to vulnerability disclosures through to emergent SBOM (software bill of materials) practices;
all are examples of public sharing of data for the common good. 

Distributed device descriptors (D3), provide a language for sharing fine grained data,
between distributed parties, in a controlled fashion.
